1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.79/2018 registered in Police Station Dondi, District Balod for offence under Section 302, 396 & 460 of the IPC.

2. This is the 2nd bail application on behalf of the applicant. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant had withdrawn the earlier bail application.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant would fairly submit that all the witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court.
