2) Since both these applications arise out of the same crime number, they are being disposed of by this common order. 3) Applicants have filed these First Bail Applications under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of bail as the

applicants are in jail since 27/05/2021 & 26/05/2021 respectively in connection with Crime No. 236/2021 registered at Police Station Dharsiwa, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offence under Sections 394, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

4) Learned Counsel for the applicants seek to withdraw both the applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises. 5) Accordingly, the both the applications are dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
