Learned State counsel at the out set submits that as per the information received out of 26 witnesses, 21 witnesses have already been examined, therefore, he submits that the case is at the verge of final adjudication. Consequently, this petition may not be entertained. Taking into account such statement made that out of the 26 witnesses, 21 witnesses have already been examined and case is fixed for rest of the witnesses, I do not find it proper to enter into merits and exercise jurisdiction vested with this court under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. Considering the stage of trial it is at the fag end, trial court is requested to adjudicate the case within further period of three months.
