The matter is listed for orders on PUD dated 24.08.2020 sent by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Balod, District Balod, Chhattisgarh requesting for extension of more time for disposal of the case (Criminal Appeal No.76/2019). 3.

On 24.10.2019, this Court had directed the trial Court to decide the case as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of order dated 24.10.2019 passed in CRR No.1188/2018. By the PUD under consideration, the Court below has prayed for further time for deciding the case.

As the request made by the concerned Court appears to be genuine and, therefore, four months further time is granted from the next date of hearing of the case to ensure disposal of the case.

The concerned Judge is directed to make all the endevour for disposal of the case within time. Registry is directed to send the copy of this order to the concerned Court and also to the concerned District Judge.
