Agrawal Order On Board / 11 /2015 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.328/2014 registered at Police Station Lalbagh, Distt. Rajnandgaon for the offence punishable under Sections 420,467,468 & 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 09.02.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 582/2015. (3) Having heard learned counsel for the parties, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this third bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
