1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-granting of second as well as third time pay-scale on completion of the stipulated length of service in-terms of the circular issued by the State Government from time to time.

2. The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner herein has already put in more than 30 years of uninterrupted service with the respondents before retirement. The petitioner as such became entitled for second and third time pay-scale in-term of the circular of the State Government. However, the respondent-authorities have not granted the said benefit to the petitioner.

Given the aforesaid factual aspect of the case, the writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondent-authorities to consider the claim of the petitioner after due verification of the entitlement part in-terms of the circular governing the field of grant of time scale pay so far as second and third time pay-scale is concerned, at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
