Kushum Singh, while application for leave to appeal is rejected for respondent No.3- Smt. Vandana Chouhan.

Let this CRMP be registered as Acquittal Appeal. The appeal is admitted.

After registration of regular appeal, issue fresh notice to respondent No.1- Sanjay Singh, respondent No.2- Smt. Kushum Singh and respondent No.4 on payment of PF within a week making the same returnable within eight weeks. Record of MJC No.764/2015 of the trial Court be called for within six weeks.
