1. Proceedings of this matter have been taken up through video conferencing.
2. The instant Cr.M.P. is filed for extension of bail period.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits
that the medical condition of the applicant is not well at present, therefore, he is praying for the extension of bail period.
4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer.
5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties.
6. Considering the submissions and medical condition of the applicant, temporary bail, which has been granted to the present applicant on 26.08.2020, is extended upto 26th October, 2020, and he shall surrender by 27th October, 2020.
7. With the aforesaid direction the present Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
8. Certified copy as per rules.
