1. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these bail applications. However, he submits that as applicants are Government servant, direction be issued to the Court below concerned to decide bail applications for grant of regular bail on same day upon filing applications for regular bail after their surrender.

2. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicants.

3. Accordingly, bail applications are dismissed as withdrawn. In the event, applicants, after their surrender, files applications for grant of regular bail, learned Court below if possible may decide bail applications on same day, in accordance with law.
