1. This petition has not been brought against any specific order. The only prayer of the petitioner is for issuance of direction to the learned trial Court.

2. The petitioner has filed petition for divorce under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 which is pending since the date of its filing on 31.07.2019.

3. The perusal of the order sheets shows that there is no sufficient progress in the proceeding so far. Therefore, this petition is disposed off at the motion stage.

4. Learned Family Court is directed to expedite the proceeding in the case

-2concerned and dispose off the same preferably within a period of 06 months from the date, this order is passed.
