1. Mr. C. Jayant K. Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner has made representation qua Annexure P-4 dated 21-8-2012 regarding seniority and consideration for promotion which has not been considered and decided by the District Education Officer, Bilaspur since the date of making representation on 21-8-2012, that be directed to be decided.

2. Learned State counsel and learned counsel appearing for respondents No.2 and 3 would oppose the writ petition.

3. Be that as it may, the District Education Officer, Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order, in accordance with law. The petitioner will be at liberty to make additional representation.

4. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
