1. Aggrieved by the order of change of place of posting dated 14.07.2021, the present writ petition has been filed. Vide the impugned order, the petitioner has been shifted from PH No.26, Nandeli, Tehsil Pussore to PH No.44, Tehsil Pussore.

2. Considering the fact that distance between the two place of posting is too shorter distance, this court would not like to interfere with the said order at this stage. However, in case if the petitioner has any inconvenience his right stands reserved for approaching the respondents by way of a suitable representation which upon being made the authorities may consider on its own merits in accordance with law governing the field at the earliest.
