Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the filing of the writ petition petitioner herein has expired and his family members intend to pursue the writ petition, therefore prays for short adjournment for moving appropriate application for bringing legal heirs on record.

As prayed for 4 weeks' time is granted to the petitioner to move appropriate application in this regard failing which the writ petition would stand dismissed as abated without reference to the Court.
