Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have arrived at settlement and divorce petition under Civil Suit No.17A/2018 has been withdrawn by the respondent/husband herein on 27.11.2020, and as such, the instant Transfer Petition has become infructuous. A document along with covering memo to this effect has also been filed on 09.12.2020.

In view of above, the Transfer Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
