Learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant Cr.M.P. with liberty to file an application before the trial Court for the cause after expiry of period of six months as mentioned under Section 6 sub-section (3) of the Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Act, 2004.
