1. The case of the petitioner is non-extension of the petitioner on the post of Rural Medical Assistant in the different areas of District Dhamtari.
2. By efflux of time and considering the nature of appointment of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enter into the merits of the case at this juncture, however ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of with a liberty being given to the petitioner for making an appropriate representation to the respondents for redressal of his grievance, if any, and for reappointment of the petitioner afresh in case of availability of vacancy.
