AWARD (Passed on 9th March, 2019) 1.

A compromise petition (docket) has been filed by the contesting parties. 2.

This WPL has been preferred against the award passed by the Industrial Court in favour of respondent No.1 directing his reinstatement along with 50% backwages.

As per the terms of the compromise, both the parties are agreed to following terms of compromise:- (1) As per order dated 22-01-05 passed by the Labour Court Jeevanlal Sahu will be deemed to have been reinstated w.e.f. 2201-2005, period of termination shall also be treated as continuity of service.

-2- (2) Jeevanlal Sahu shall not claim any back wage as per order dtd. 25-01-2018 passed by Industrial Court.

Shri S.D. Sori representing the petitioner and respondent No.1 present in person have given statement according to the terms as agreed between the parties.

On behalf of the petitioner prayer has been made to withdraw this petition on the basis of aforementioned compromise. 6.
