Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 14.08.2018 The review petition has been filed seeking for review of the order dated 04.05.2018 passed in WPS No. 5157/17.

The grievance of the petitioner which led to the filing of the review petition is that this Court while disposing of the writ petition has not granted interest to the petitioner on the dues which were payable by the respondents.

The review against which has been sought for would reveal that this Court had consciously not granted interest to the petitioner and there was a further direction to the respondents that in the event if the order is not

complied within 90 days, the entire amount would automatically carry interest @ 10%.

This observation of this Court itself shows that there is a deliberate exclusion of non granting of interest by this Court and which cannot be brought within the ambit of a review jurisdiction as review would be only in the event of there being an error apparent on the face of record which in the instant case is not reflected. Therefore, reserving the right of the petitioner to challenge the order passed by this Court in an appellate jurisdiction, the present review petition stands dismissed.
