The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for at this juncture is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.1 to 4 for taking an appropriate decision and action on the representation that the petitioner has made in respect of alleged illegal encroachment

made by the private respondents on government land, so also on the property exclusively belonging to the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Raghvendra Verma appearing for the State submits that let the representation, which the petitioner has filed be decided by the respondents No.1 to 4 in accordance with law. 3.

Given the said submission by the State counsel, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondents No.1 to 4 to take a decision on the application that the petitioner has filed in respect of the alleged illegal construction on the government land as also the petitioner's own land at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
