2. At the outset, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the revision petition itself has been finally disposed off.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order was passed by the authority without any jurisdiction with malafide intention and he has also entertained review petition. It is submitted that the respondents No.5 & 6 have filed Criminal Miscellaneous Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C also.
4. Taking into consideration the limited scope of the controversy involved in this case and that this Court had already stayed the interim order and during the pendency of this petition, the revision itself has been finally disposed off, this petition is rendered academic, and therefore, disposed off, without affecting the rights of parties in any other pending proceedings.
