2. This petition has been filed by petitioner, aggrieved by order dated 14/06/2016 and 17/06/2016 passed by the repsondent No.2. Though the number of grounds have been raised by the petitioner to challenge the order, learned State counsel submits that petitioner is not a person aggrieved by the order as he is a Speaker of Zila Panchayat, Durg and the petition has been filed after delay of about eight months.
3. Considering the submission made by counsel for the parties, particularly that the petitioner is not personally aggrieved in this case and petition is filed after almost eight months, therefore in these circumstances, petition appears to be a frivolous.
