1. Heard.

2. The grievance of this petition is that the demarcation proceedings are not being comleted despite repeated dates fixed by the respondents No. 4 & 5. He submits that even the Collector has directed demarcation but that has not been done for which the respondents No. 4 & 5 are responsible.

3. Without going into other aspects of the matter, considering the nature of grievance, this petition need not be kept pending. Respondents No. 4 & 5 are directed to carryout the demarcation proceedings positively

within a period of three months and thereafter proceedings be disposed off in accordance with law, on the basis of demarcation report, which is pending before the Tahsildar.
