1. The petitioners have preferred this writ petition to direct

respondent authorities to grant revised pay scale along with arrears to them.

2. The petitioners are working as Class-IV employees and posted at Government Ayurvedic Hospital, Bilaspur.

3. Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the instant writ petition may be disposed of by giving direction to respondent No.1 to decide their pending representation Annexure P-1 within stipulated time.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioners, the instant writ petition is disposed of with this direction that respondent No.1 shall consider and decide the pending representation of the petitioners Annexure P-1 expeditiously preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and procedure.

5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
