There is an application for correction of cause title of the petitioner in WPS No.127 of 2016 which was decided vide common order dated 23.12.2016 in batch of petitions.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to inadvertent mistake, while filing the petition, the description of the school where the petitioner was posted, at the relevant time, was incorrectly mentioned as also name of the petitioner's father was wrongly typed as "Badur" in place of "Bahur". It is submitted on affidavit before this Court that at the time of filing of the petition, the petitioner was posted and working in Primary School Sankari and not Primary School Navadih as mentioned.

Considering the aforesaid submission, the required clarification with regard

-2to the name of the petitioner's father and the place where he was posted, is issued in this application. The implementation of the order passed by this Court, shall be carried out by the concerned respondent. 4.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
