This Court had while disposing off MCRC No.4301 of 2019 on 07-082019 had directed the trial Court to conclude the trail of the applicant within a timeframe of one year.

Considered on the reasons mentioned for delay that has occurred in the trial and on that basis I feel inclined to allow the prayer. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and further extension of six months is granted to conclude the case concerned from the date the normal functioning of the Court is restored.
