1. The claim of the petitioner through the present writ petition is for considering his claim for regularization.

2. According to the petitioner he has been working under the respondents since 2005 onwards as such he has put in more than 16 years of continuous service, yet the respondents have not decided the claim of the petitioner for regularization and prays for a suitable direction for his case to be considered.

3. The limited relief sought for is not opposed by the State counsel.

4. Accordingly the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2&3 to take an appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner for regularization in accordance with rules, guidelines and the policy of the State Govt. in this regard.
