The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for quashment of impugned order dated 03.7.2020 (Annexure-P/1) passed by District Magistrate, Surajpur (CG) whereby the District Magistrate, Surajpur has
rejected the application of the petitioner for grant of parole. 3.
Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the return filed, the District Magistrate, Surajpur will consider the case of the petitioner for grant of parole afresh within ten days. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the State, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Surajpur (CG) to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner positively within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
