1. The grievance of the petitioner is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not finalizing the claim for compassionate appointment.

2. According to the petitioner the father of the petitioner was working under the respondents as a Supervisor At Primary Health Center, Bande and died in harness on 30.12.2020. The petitioner subsequently has moved an application for compassionate appointment before the authorities concerned on 05.02.2021 which till date has not been finalized and is pending consideration before the authorities concerned.

Given the limited grievance that petitioner has and also taking note of the fact that his claim has not been till date finalized, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 & 3 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment and finalize the same in accordance with policy governing the field at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
