The first bail application M.Cr.C. No.1358 of 2020 filed by the applicant was dismissed on merits on 20.07.2020.

After considering on the submissions, it is found that there is no change in circumstances at present. Therefore, this application is dismissed and disposed off. As the applicant is in jail since 29.12.2019 and the trial against him is still pending, therefore, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial against the applicant at the earliest preferably within a period of two months from the date, this order is communicated to the concerned Court.
