Hon'ble Shri Justice Sharad Kumar Gupta Order On Board 25-71. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition to direct the respondent authorities to send back her at original place of posting Mahila and Bal Vikas Vibhag at Palari from present place of joining.

2. The petitioner is working as Aanganbadi Supervisor and posted at Mahila and Bal Vikas, Komakhan, District Baloda Bazar-Bhatapara.

3. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to file representation before respondent No.4 for redressal of her grievances and the instant writ petition may be disposed of directing respondent No.4 that he must decide such representation within stipulated time.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed off with this direction that the petitioner may file representation before respondent No.4 for redressal of her grievances within 07 days from today. If such representation is filed by the

petitioner before respondent No.4, then respondent No.4 shall decide such representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such representation in accordance with law and procedure.
