Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 24.09.2015 passed by the Family Court, Kabirdham in Misc. Criminal Case No.393/2015 directing the applicant to pay interim maintenance of Rs. 1,000/- per month to the respondent.

Counsel for the applicant submits that purpose of filing this revision would be served if direction is issued to the Family Court to decide the main case itself expeditiously.

The submission made by Shri Verma appears to be reasonable. The applicant is accordingly permitted to withdraw this revision. The Family Court is directed to decide the main case itself as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing.

It would be the duty of the applicant to apprise the court below about passing of this order and to deposit the amount of interim maintenance as awarded by the court below.
