Requisites for notice by registered and ordinary process to be filed within one week, failing which the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Bench. The notice by ordinary process shall be served on the Respondent by the Superintendent of Police North Bastar, Kanker through the Station House Office, P.S. Bhanupratappupr, North Bastar, Kankaer in Crime No.237/2013 dated 31.12.2013 registered under Section 363 IPC culminating in Special Sessions Case No.03/2014 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge, District North Bastar, Kanker on 22.8.2015.

Copy of the order along with format of service by ordinary process be emailed also to the Superintendent of Police for early compliance and report to be submitted within four weeks.
