1. Though the case is listed for urgent hearing, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if the matter is disposed off with direction to respondent No.2/Chief Engineer, to consider petitioner's pending representation.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents-State agrees to this proposal and submits that the petitioner's claim shall be examined by the authority in accordance with law and appropriate decision would be taken.

3. In view of the above, the petition is finally disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on petitioner's representation within a period of 3 months.
