1. Heard I.A. No.01/2020, an application for recalling the order dated 05.02.2020 and for disposal of the criminal appeal on account of release of the Appellant from jail and also perused the jail report dated 31.01.2020.

2. Counsel for Appellant submits that according to the jail report the Appellant has been already released from jail on 31.01.2020 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the concerned Trial Court.

3. Looking to the above, I.A. No.01/2020 is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that since the Appellant has been released from jail therefore, he doesn't want to press this appeal.
