1. Heard learned State counsel for the applicant on I.A. No.1, application for condonation of delay in filing the appeal, as also on admission.

2. On due consideration, application is allowed and delay of 71 days in filing application, seeking leave to appeal, is condoned. Accordingly, I.A. No.1 is allowed.

3. The trail Court has acquitted the accused of the charges under Sections 365, 366, 376(2)(ढ), 506-B of IPC.

4. Bare perusal of the statement of the prosecutrix would reveal that she admits about consensual relation with the accused. She further admits that the report was lodged because her parents came to know about the affair/incident. Prosecutrix being a married lady aged about 28 years, there is no point in entertaining this application seeking leave to appeal.

5. Accordingly, Cr.M.P. is dismissed.
