Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant bail application with liberty to file subsequent bail application after examination of the complainant and direction may be issued to the trial Court to consider and dispose of case as soon as possible.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the case as soon as possible from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
