AWARD (Passed on this 8th July, 2017) 1.

As per the settlement arrived at between the parties, Respondent No.3/the National Insurance Company Limited is hereby directed to deposit Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand only) over and above the compensation awarded by the learned Claims Tribunal within a period of 2 months from today. The said amount of compensation shall not carry any interest.

It is directed that the said amount be paid to the Appellant without making any condition like fixed deposit and the same shall be paid through cheque.
