1. The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Respondent authority has not decided the objection he had raised vide representation dated 08.12.2016 made before the Respondent No.2.
2. The contention of the Petitioner is that he is working as Shiskha Karmi Grade - III. Initially he was posted at Primary School Suwar Ghutra under Janpad Panchayat Podiuproda. Subsequently, the service of the Petitioner has been transferred to Primary School Navin Primary School Godhana
under Janpad Panchayat Navagarh District Janjgir-Champa. As per the subject wise seniority list published by the Respondent No.2 his name finds place at serial No. 13. Subsequently, the Respondent No. 2 published a general seniority list where the Petitioner finds place at serial No. 2058. The Petitioner immediately filed objection against the general seniority list and requested for gradation list to be considered subject wise. But no action has been taken in this regard by the Respondents till now.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner makes a limited prayer that the objection which the Petitioner has filed before Respondent No.2 may be decided at the earliest so that the seniority list can be suitably finalised on the basis of which the Petitioner may also be considered for next promotional post.
4. The said prayer of the Petitioner is not strongly opposed by the State Counsel.
5. Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed off with a direction to Respondent No.2 to decide the objection filed by the Petitioner which is pending before him within a period of 60 days from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. It shall be the responsibility of the Petitioner to bring to the notice of the Respondent No.2 as regards the order passed by this Court.
