This transfer petition under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed for transferring of Criminal Case No.14/2018 (Smt. Sonali Brahme Vs. Chandra Mohan Singh) pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, South Bastar Dantewada filed under Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.

After hearing both sides, the above mentioned case is directed to be transferred from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dantewada to the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durg. 3.
