Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as disclosed by the State and in view of the new circular which has been issued on 15.07.2020, the petitioner may be given permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the same circular.

Prayer is allowed and he is permitted to withdraw this writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
