Heard Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy of filing Revision before the Commissioner.

Prayer is allowed and he is permitted to withdraw this writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the

aforesaid liberty.

Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order Annexure P/1 to the petitioner after retaining a photocopy of the same.
