Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 20/03/2017 Heard on prayer for correction/modification of the cause title. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that due to typographical mistake, the name of the school where petitioner No.2 was posted at the time when the petition was filed and the order was passed, was wrongly mentioned.

He submits that petitioner No.3 at that time was posted in Government Middle School Mishirpara, Village Panchayat Batara.

Upon due consideration, the prayer is allowed. The order dated 21.12.2016 passed in WP(S) No.6926 of 2016 shall be read with the said modification.

A copy of this order shall be produced by the petitioner before the concerned respondent for necessary compliance. MCC is accordingly disposed off.
