Today, State counsel on instruction submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in similar writ petition i.e. WPS No. 4209/2015 decided

on 19th June, 2018, in the instant case it has been ordered for withdrawal of the charge sheet which was issued against the petitioner. 3.

On the said submission of the State counsel, this Court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present case. 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of reserving the right of the petitioner to avail other remedies available in respect of any subsequent development.
