1. Mr. Jitendra Pali, Dy. Advoate General enters appearance on behalf of the respondents and submits that though the order passed by this Court was communicated however on account of non-availability of the representation of the applicant, the same could not be decided.

2. The counsel for the Respondents submits that he has instructions to state that subject to the applicant making available the representation, the decision shall positively be taken within a period of four weeks.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that he be permitted to serve the complete representation to the counsel for the respondent, who in turn may forward the same to the respondents for taking an early decision. This proposal of the applicant was
