(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.289/2015 registered at Police Station Baikunthpur, District Korea for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. (3) The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 11.04.2016 passed in M.Cr.C. No.1872/2016.

(4) After hearing learned counsel for the parties, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that five material prosecution witnesses have already been examined before the trial Court and only investigating officer is yet to be examined, therefore, the bail application is disposed off with a direction to trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
