1. The State counsel submits that the Order passed by this Court on 11.09.2020 in WPS No. 7165 of 2019 has since been complied with and the order has been passed by the respondents allowing in favour of the petitioner granting pensionary benefits.

2. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the petitioner/applicant. So far as the order dated 11.09.2019 is concerned, however, the counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire service has not been taken into account for the purpose of quantifying the pension and gratuity. This fact is one which needs to be dealt with separately and it cannot be

tested under the jurisdiction of this Court exercising its Contempt power.

3. Reserving the said right of the applicant, the present contempt petition as it stands today is disposed off and the respondents are also discharged from the contempt proceedings.
