1. On the last date of hearing, victim/prosecutrix appeared before this Court through virtual mode from DLSA, Korba and strongly objected grant of bail to applicant.

2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application. However, he submits that considering pre-trial detention period of applicant, concerned Court below may be directed for expeditious disposal of trial.

3. In view of above, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. Considering pre-trial detention period of applicant i.e. from 23.10.2018, concerned Court below is directed to expedite trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
