1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner No. 1 is entitled for weightage of three annual increments and petitioner No. 2 is entitled for weightage of three annual increments, for every two years, after completing 8 years of service for which they have also filed representation, but it has not been considered and decided.

2. Learned State counsel would submit that petitioners' representations would be decided expeditiously.

3. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

4. Be that as it may, respondents No. 1 and 2 are directed to consider and decide petitioners' representations within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by passing a reasoned and speaking order. Petitioners are at liberty to file additional representations (if any) within two weeks from today.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No cost(s).
