1. Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 15.02.2017 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Polytechnic Ambikapur to Govt. Polytechnic Baloda Bazar, Distt. Baloda Bazar.

2. The petitioner has raised large number of grounds assailing the said impugned order, however, this court is not inclined to entertain those grounds raised in this petition for the simple reason that vide order dated 14.12.2016, Division Bench of this court in Writ Appeal No.549 of 2016 preferred by the present petitioner had modified the order of Single Bench in Writ Petition (S) No.5954 of 2016 to the extent that the respondent shall

consider the case of the petitioner for posting him in a non schedule area and till such date of order being passed, the appellant (Petitioner herein) be allowed to continue at Govt. Polytechnic Ambikapur.

3. A perusal of impugned order dated 15.02.2017 would reveal that the said order has been passed purely in accordance with the directives given by this court on 14.12.2016 in Writ Appeal No.549 of 2016. This court does not find any good ground for challenging the impugned order pursuant to the order passed by the Division Bench in Writ Appeal.

4. The petition being totally devoid of merit is liable to be and is hereby dismissed. However, reluctance of this court in not entertaining this petition shall not come in the way of petitioner pursuing other remedies on the administrative side by moving appropriate representation before the authorities concerned.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands dismissed. No order asto costs.
