Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit order passed by this Court has not been complied with by the respondents authority. 2.

Per contra, counsel for respondents submits that order passed by this Court has been complied with substantially and the petitioner has been reinstated in service by order dated 4.8.2018.

In view of the fact that respondents have substantially complied the order of this court, I do not find any reason to proceed further in the matter initiating contempt proceeding against the respondents.

4. Accordingly, the rule is discharged and contempt proceeding is dropped. No order as to costs.
